You’ll work alongside experienced engineers to design, develop, and improve digital products used across our business, while building strong foundations in software engineering, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted development practices.

We’re looking for someone with high agency, someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, asks thoughtful questions, and cares about building quality software that creates meaningful customer outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using React, Flutter, .NET (C#), and Azure technologies.
• Deliver scalable, high-quality solutions by applying established architecture patterns, AI-assisted development workflows, and engineering best practices.
• Take ownership of small-to-medium sized tasks across the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with engineers, Product Owners, and designers through code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and ongoing technical growth through mentoring and hands-on learning.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong foundational knowledge of software engineering principles with exposure to React, .NET (C#), REST APIs, client-server architecture, relational databases, SQL, Azure, and CI/CD or DevOps concepts.
• Interest in AI-assisted software development tools and workflows, with a proactive, self-driven mindset and willingness to continuously learn.
• Product-minded approach with strong attention to user experience, reliability, code quality, and maintainability.
• Curious about end-to-end system design, collaborative in team environments, and comfortable working in fast-paced engineering settings.
• Additional exposure to full-stack development, automated testing, event-driven architecture, observability tools, and deployment workflows is advantageous.
