Camp Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Leader to oversee our unique partnership program with the Western Sydney Wanderers A‑League Football Club. This exciting leadership role involves coordinating enrolments and delivering a high‑quality, family‑centred approach that supports the needs of children and families participating in The Wanderers After School Club.
In this dynamic program, students train with world‑class football coaches within a structured, high‑quality after‑school environment. As the key point of contact for families, you will coordinate daily program operations and work closely with professional Wanderers coaching staff to ensure an exceptional experience for all participants.

ABOUT YOU
- Ensuring exceptional service and communication and engage with children and families,
- Coordinate with Western Sydney Wanderers coaching staff to support high‑quality training sessions
- Willing to Travel to program locations across Blacktown, Penrith, Kellyville, and Hawkesbury
- Complete essential administrative tasks (generous amount of admin hours to be confirmed)
- Ensure a strong commitment to Child Safety and uphold all duty‑of‑care requirements
- Supervise all excursions, travel movements, and off‑site program activities in accordance with safety and compliance standards
- Maintain compliance, wellbeing, and safety protocols at all times
- Completed or working towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability from 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Valid Child Protection training Certificate and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
