We are seeking a Full Time Senior FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A team.  Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the core functions of this role will be to assist and help lead the annual budget & reforecasts cycles, own and maintain various Excel Models and to help guide and mentor the team & wider business on best practice financial acumen. This is a highly visible role, suited to someone wanting to progress their career, with immediate and ongoing exposure to C-Suite & Senior Leadership members.  We are a fast-paced organisation, yet complex due to our industry, so we require someone whose highly adaptable and embraces a forever changing landscape.

 

What You’ll Do:
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will partner closely with the Head of FP&A to:

  • Support & Lead segments of the end-to-end annual budgeting cycle, reforecasts, and long-term financial planning.
  • Own, develop, and maintain various financial models:  Key Business Drivers, OPEX, Cashflow & 3-Way Outlook.
  • Deliver actionable insights through detailed analysis of financial and non-financial data, identifying risks and opportunities, sensitivities, and making sound recommendations.
  • Perform ad-hoc & on-point analysis for Shareholders, C-Suite / Senior Leadership members, as well as reviewing and providing feedback to the FP&A, Financial Control, Business Insights & Procurement teams.

 

Who You Are:

  • CPA/CA qualified (or working towards) with at least 5+ years’ experience in a financial analytical role.
  • Advanced Excel is an absolute must, Intermediate Powerpoint & report writing skills, with a keen & fussy eye for formatting and the finer details.  
  • Be comfortable working for periods autonomously as well as being at ease collaborating across multiple teams. 
  • Able to foster and develop relationships with various levels of management and personnel and be seen as a finance partner and influencer.
  • SQL, PowerBi or Treasury experience not necessary, but will be highly regarded.
