        About the Role

        We are looking for an inspiring and experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of OSHC services in South Australia, covering the beautiful Adelaide Hills & Barossa region.

        As a key leader in our Service Delivery team, you will oversee the operational and compliance performance of multiple OSHC sites. You’ll coach, mentor, and empower your team of Service Leaders, Coordinators and Educators to deliver high-quality, safe, and engaging care in alignment with the National Quality Framework.

        This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is driven by purpose and committed to supporting children, educators, and school communities.

         

        Key Responsibilities

        • Lead engaging, NQF-aligned programs and support services through Assessment & Rating.
        • Ensure compliance, safety, and quality as Nominated Supervisor.
        • Coach and develop teams, support onboarding, and grow future leaders.
        • Oversee daily operations, staffing, and drive service improvements.
        • Build strong relationships with schools, families, and communities.

         

        About You

        You’re a confident, resilient and empathetic leader with a strong understanding of the OSHC or early childhood education environment. You thrive in dynamic settings and are passionate about leading teams to create safe, fun, and high-quality programs for children.

        You will have:

        • Diploma (or higher) in School Age or Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
        • Previous leadership experience in OSHC, early childhood or a similar sector.
        • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place learning framework.
        • Proven team coaching skills with resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.

        Required Certifications:

        • Valid Working With Children Check (state-specific).
        • First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Certificates. Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
