ABOUT YOU:

• Relationship-focused professional with a knack for building trust with school principals and decision-makers.
• Proven expertise in outbound prospecting (calls, emails, drop-ins) to pitch OSHC services and secure partnerships.
• Strong understanding of OSHC tenders, licensing fees, and commercial agreements with the ability to close deals.
• Skilled in crafting tailored proposals, creating pricing models, and negotiating to meet school needs.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHC regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the ‘My Time, Our Place’ framework.
• Detail-oriented with excellent CRM management, pipeline tracking, and reporting skills.
• Resilient and adaptable, able to maintain momentum through long sales cycles and effectively handle objections.
