We’re looking for a creative, organised and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand stories to life across our digital channels. If you love crafting meaningful content, improving customer experiences, and collaborating across teams, this role is for you.

As part of our Marketing team, you’ll support the end‑to‑end delivery of website and social content, help shape our digital strategy, and ensure our online presence reflects the energy, purpose and impact of our programs.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate the end‑to‑end briefing and execution of website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop, curate and publish engaging social media content that resonates with our audiences and reflects our brand values.
  • Generate quality UGC by working with influencers, customers and internal teams, and manage collaboration opportunities that amplify our reach.
  • Source stories from across the organisation to showcase our programs, people and impact.
  • Create and manage social media and website content calendars, including briefing, scheduling and balancing content pillars.
  • Support the Head of Marketing in shaping our digital and social strategy, including SEO planning and coordination with external SEO partners.
  • Collaborate with our in‑house designer to develop assets for all digital channels.
  • Assist with website enhancement projects, ensuring content and functionality continue to evolve with customer needs.
  • Stay across digital trends and best practice, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the team.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to optimise content performance and engagement.

About you

You’ll thrive in this role if you are a creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for digital storytelling. You enjoy working collaboratively, juggling multiple projects, and turning ideas into polished, engaging content.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation or social media coordination.
  • Experience working with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats and audience engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and experience working with SEO agencies or tools.
  • Confidence in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights) to inform decisions.
  • Experience creating or briefing digital assets, with familiarity in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
