As a Child Wellbeing and Learning Partner, you’ll play a crucial role in driving excellence across our services. You will champion the delivery of the National Quality Standard (NQS), guiding our field teams with hands-on coaching, tailored training, and support during Assessment & Rating processes.
You'll collaborate closely with the State General Manager to:
Lift capability in program design and service delivery
Coach and mentor Service Leaders and Educators
Champion child safety, wellbeing, and engagement
Identify learning needs and support the development of training content
Move our services from compliance to best practice and industry leadership
Your insights and feedback will directly influence how we evolve our programs and continue to deliver high-quality experiences for every child.
About You:
You’re passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives and skilled at building strong relationships to drive capability and quality outcomes. Your background in early childhood education or OSHC provides a solid foundation for success in this role.
You are:
A confident communicator and mentor
Skilled in operational practice, compliance, and team engagement
Comfortable travelling regularly across your region
Flexible, organised, and energised by a dynamic environment
Equipped with a current driver's license and your own reliable vehicle
