We're looking for a Bid Writer who can craft persuasive, customer-focused tenders, EOIs and proposals that stand out from the crowd. Working closely with our National Bid Manager, Partnership Managers and subject matter experts, you'll transform ideas into high-quality submissions that align with our strategy, value proposition and customer win themes.
This position is advertised in VIC, but location is flexible and applications from other states are encouraged.
What you'll be doing
Writing, editing, adding design elements, and proofreading high-quality tender and proposal responses
Developing compelling win themes and key messaging
Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to gather content and insights, with a focus on building quality narratives
Creating professional, branded bid documents and supporting graphics
Managing bid deadlines and ensuring compliant, on-time submissions
Maintaining and enhancing our bid content library and submission processes
What you'll bring
Previous experience in bid/tender writing, proposals, marketing and/or professional writing.
Exceptional written communication, editing and proofreading skills
Outstanding attention to detail and organisation
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint. Adobe Acrobat and Canva experience a must. Creative design experience is advantageous.
